The Friends
The Friends of Bathampton School are responsible for planning, organising and running a number of events throughout the year which are not only a lot of fun for the children (and parents) but raise much needed funds for the school. 100% of the profits made from the events go directly to enhancing the education and experience of all the children at the school.
The parents and children look forward to the events like the Christmas Jolly, Easter eggxtravaganza, pancake day, winter warmers and our annual Summer Fayre.
Friends relies solely on volunteers to make events and activities happen and there are a huge number of ways parents and carers can get involved from helping at events, making cakes, donating prizes or attending events. Each class has a Friends representative who liases between parents, staff and the committee and this helps to keep the parents up to date with all the events and opportunities to help.
