Pupil Leadership Applications
At Bathampton all children can apply to be on the Pupil Leadership Crew. They can apply through a range of media at the beginning of each academic year. Our Year 6 House Captains and Head of School meet the children in small groups for mini interviews to hear their ideas and how these link to our school values. Following this, our House Captains discuss and decide who will be on the Pupil Leadership Crew.
We have two Pupil Leader Representatives from each year group and a Year 6 executive pupil leader. The Leadership Crew meet once a fortnight. They are the voice for their peers and share the thoughts and ideas of children across the school.
They have a regular agenda and work together on a chosen project each term following children's ideas and contributions across the school. Watch this space for our first Pupil Leadership project!
