Remote Learning

Remote Learning at Bathampton Primary

In the event of a class, group or small number of pupils needing to self isolate, or if there is a local lockdown requiring pupils to remain at home, we have  a contingency plan for remote education.

We use Microsoft TEAMS to provide learning for our community. We have provided each child with their own ‘Pupil Login’ for Microsoft Teams, so that they have access to activities, assignments, live sessions and video links during their time at home.

Online Safety

Online Safety is very important.  At Bathampton School we teach the children how to stay safe online through our computing and PSHE curriculum.

Whilst the children are learning at home, it is important that you as parents/careers check your child’s use of technology (including mobile phones) and report anything that you are concerned about. Further information is available here:

Catch Up Funding

We were allocated £16,000 for catch up funding in the academic year 2020/21. We have used all of this on the initiatives on this document and spent up to £23,000 in total.
